Shipping Policy for Fur and Finery - Customized Pet Jewelry
1. Processing Time: At Fur and Finery, we understand the excitement of receiving your customized pet jewelry as soon as possible. Once you place an order, our production time is 6-9 days and shipping time is 8-12 working days after the production.
For Customized Jewelry:
- USA: 10-18 business days
- UK & Europe: 10-18 business days
- Canada & rest of the world: currently unavailable, will be resumed soon
For Customized Apparel:
- USA: 10-18 business days

*The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent delivery times and are not seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process is as smooth as possible, but in case of a late delivery, we can't issue refunds as third-party delays (like USPS or Canada Post) are unfortunately out of our control.
